He is a 19 year old father (a basketball player in their University) is now suffering from a Fibrosarcoma (a type of bone cancer). He found out about his cancer in a medical mission and had a biopsy for free. Last year he undergo (above the knee) ATK amputation (Right Leg) in a public hospital. Had a Chemotherapy twice but because of financial problems he stopped. When he had chance to get a CT Scan this December, he found out that there's a possible metastatic tumor in both lungs. The doctor told him he has a stage 4 CA (cancer). I told him to get a second opinion first, then he needs to undergo another biopsy to confirm if the tumor/ nodules in the CT Scan are cancerous. Then he needs a chemotherapy before and after the surgery. But they don't have enough money to afford this kind of procedures. So they have decided to try Herbal Medicine instead of doing nothing.

His mother is working abroad, not knowing that his 19 year old son has a stage 4 cancer, hesitating to burden her mother with this kind of news.

When I interviewed him I saw his eyes full of faith and hope. Smiling and thankful knowing there's still someone who will offer a hand during his struggle and fight against this deathly disease.

Today I am knocking on the door of the person who's reading this post. He needs doors of Hope. Some would say it's hopeless, or it's too late. I'm not. My rational brain did but my Heart said "I believe in Miracles" and you and I can be a Miracle. Because this is not an accident that you're here reading these lines. EVERYTHING happens for a REASON.

This Christmas (Single for a Cause Organization) we're planning to do a Christmas Caroling for him. This kind of support is worth giving, unconditional, and timeless because everyday can be Christmas. Christmas is not only on December 25th, it's just the day to remember about the birth of giving, forgiveness, sacrifice, and above all LOVE.
